Christmas Recitals

Gary and I were able to go to Addy's and Gracie's dance recital on Wednesday night. They were so cute! They both did so well. Addy also had a school program and a violin recital this week. We were so glad we were able to stay for all of them. Addy played Jingle Bells on the violin (by herself) for her school program. We were so proud of her. She played several songs for her violin recital. She is really getting good! JOY!!!

Butler Family Christmas Party

Last night was the Butler Christmas Party. It was such a nice evening. We had great food!(Nobody can put on a feed like the Butler's!) They had several activities for the kids. (Above you can see Gracie and Zach hard at work decorating a gingerbread house.) We also had a special visitor much to the delight of the children. (Well most of the children. As you can see in the picture above Faith wasn't too happy!) We also did our traditional gift exchange. What a hoot! Anyway, Debbie and Dawna did a great job planning it. Much thanks to them!

Thanksgiving

We ended up having Thanksgiving with our family on Saturday since Gary was working over Thanksgiving day. What a great day! We took a minute to gather up leaves and let the grandkids play in them. Here are a few pictures of them in a pile of leaves!

Yesterday was Ali's missionary homecoming. He did a great job. I am sure he was a wonderful missionary. It was so much fun to have our family all together. Debbie and Sam are always so hospitable.
We had Sam take a family picture since we were all there. This was the best one we could get!

Halloween Pics

Tennis Challenge

So Gary and Jenny have had an ongoing tennis challenge. Jenny beat him last time they played and has not let him live it down. So last week when we were at Jenny's, Gary played her again. It was a tight match but Gary came out victorious!

Hee Haw Farms

Gary and I met Jen, Ryan, and the girls at Hee Haw Farms Wednesday night. The girls loved all the farm animals. We took a hayride and then went and picked out pumpkins in the pumpkin patch. It was great Halloween Fun!

Disney on Ice

In March I went to Disney on Ice with Jen and the girls. I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was just a fun day out with the girls!

Ireland Vacation

Gary and I went to Ireland in May for our 30th Anniversary. We went with some good friends, the Orgill's. What a beautiful country! We loved it! We especially loved all of the castle's that dot the countryside. Here we are walking up the path to one of the castle ruins.
