Memorial Day Picnic

We had our annual Memorial Day picnic at Debbie and Sam's yesterday. It was so much fun. Debbie and Sam are so gracious. Thanks so much to them for always getting everyone together! Here are a few pictures.

Maine Event

We just returned home from a wonderful trip to Maine. What a beautiful state. We loved the lighthouses, they are just as you see them in pictures. We are planning to go again in the fall we are sure it will be spectacular! Here are a few pics!

Grandma Butler's 87th Birthday!

Today we celebrated Grandma Butler's 87th Birthday. It was such a nice day! Gary's sisters had planned an open house at the care center. I think mom really enjoyed it. There were so many people there.

I really admire Grandma Butler for the way she has faced the adversity in her life with such a positive attitude. I am sure she would not choose to be living in the care center at this point in her life but she seems to have accepted it and is making the best of her situation. We love you Grandma! Happy Birthday
